PLYMOUTH — A man was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle for a gunshot injury he sustained on Eno Street in Plymouth late Sunday night.

The victim walked into the emergency room at Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital just after 11 p.m. for a gunshot wound to the face.

Evidence of a shooting was found in the 100 block of Eno Street, which was closed from Willow Street to East Walnut Street as state police and borough police investigated.

Authorities are searching for a black Ford Expedition occupied by two men believed to be involved in the shooting.
