PLYMOUTH — Borough police arrested Brittany Shirl Ju Haley, 19, on charges she assaulted another woman during a fight in front of her residence at 104 W. Main St. on Wednesday.

According to a criminal complaint:

Police responded to a domestic dispute at about 7:16 p.m. and noticed Katherine Niccum was bleeding from her mouth and holding a can of soda against her swollen face.

Haley told an officer, “I didn’t mean to do it.” Haley claimed she was arguing with Niccum but did not know why she punched Niccum.

Haley was placed in a cruiser, where she later urinated on a seat.

Haley was arraigned Thursday by District Judge Ferris Webby in Luzerne County Central Court on charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and institutional vandalism. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
