HANOVER TWP. — Police arrested a man on Saturday following an investigation into trespassing at a Graham Avenue residence.

Michael Edward Swann, 51, of Scranton, is alleged to have been a subject of interest to police for trespassing at a residence on Graham Avenue.

According to a press release on the department’s Facebook page:

Police conducted an identification check on Swann that revealed he had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Warren County Prosecutors Office in New Jersey on the charge of dangerous drugs.

He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Hanover Township Police Department Headquarters.

Swann was arraigned Saturday night by District Judge Ferris Webby Sr., on the lone charge of arrest prior to requisition.

Unable to post $50,000 bail, Swann was remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
