Three charged with drug offenses in Wright Township

WRIGHT TWP. — Three people were arrested on drug offenses after township police and state agents with the Attorney General’s office allegedly found crystal methamphetamine, marijuana and contraband inside their residence on South Main Road early Wednesday.

Authorities executed a search warrant at 329 S. Main Rd., where they say Thomas Santini Fuller, 38, Marissa Flanagan, 38, and Max-An Benfield, 34, sold drugs.

Benfield also grew mushrooms inside the house, authorities said.

Fuller was charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Flanagan was charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy, and a single count of possession of paraphernalia.

Benfield was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

They were arraigned by District Judge Ferris Webby in Wright Township.

Authorities noted that Flanagan was wanted on a warrant from Northumberland County.

Fuller and Flanagan were jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $40,000 bail each.

Benfield, meanwhile, was jailed for lack of $10,000 bail.
