Rolling Mill Hill Residents’ Association plans Trunk-or-Treat for Oct. 28

WILKES-BARRE — The Rolling Mill Hill Residents’ Association and its youth group will hold its annual Trunk-or-Treat event 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, in St. Andrews Church Hall, 316 Parrish St., Wilkes-Barre. The event is open and free to all children, not only those in the Rolling Mill Hill area. This year, in addition to food, drinks, face painting, a photo booth, music, a magician and a parade, other fun-filled activities have been added, such as games, spooky reading time and crafting. This will be an indoor party and also decorating of cars outdoors, weather permitting.
