WILKES-BARRE — Susanne Mullin has been promoted to district manager of Luzerne County by Community Bank N.A.

Mullin brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry to the post.

In her new role, Mullin will oversee six Community Bank N.A. branches within Luzerne County, including Pittston, Back Mountain, Kingston, Edwardsville, Wilkes-Barre, South Main Street and North Franklin Street.

She has been with Community Bank N.A. since 2004 when the bank merged with First Heritage and has served the Northeastern Pennsylvania market since 1994.

“We’re thrilled for Sue to take on this key position within the bank,” Community Bank N.A. Regional Manager Bob Cirko said. “With a long history of assisting this community, no one knows it better than Sue. I know that her expertise and leadership will drive the continued success of all six branches she’ll oversee.”

During her time at Community Bank N.A., Mullin has served as branch manager for the Wilkes Barre North Franklin and Back Mountain locations. Prior to that she spent a decade with First Heritage in various roles. Outside of the office, Mullin is active in her community as a member of Wyoming Area Kiwanis Club.

Mullin earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics and education from University of Scranton. She resides in West Pittston with her son, Brady.
