Wilkes-Barre Township police released a picture from a surveillance camera of two women suspected of using a stolen credit card.

WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Township police on Monday released a surveillance picture of a woman using a stolen credit card at several stores inside the Wyoming Valley Mall.

Police said Kathryn Jenkins reported on Feb. 11 that she had lost her credit card while shopping at Schiel’s Market in Wilkes-Barre on Nov. 11. It was later discovered her credit card was used to make unauthorized purchases at Macy’s Department Store for $250, Littman Jewelers for $1,261, Zale’s Jewelers for $646, Bon Ton Department Store for $404, and Kay Jewelers for $2,973.

Police said the total amount of unauthorized purchases was $5,535.63.

A woman police believe used the stolen credit card was recorded by surveillance cameras at Littman Jewelers.
