SCRANTON — A fashion show, preceding the annual Unique Boutique held by Cinderella’s Closet of NEPA, will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, April 10 at AFA Gallery, 505 Lackawanna Ave., second floor.

Admission to the event is free, giving young ladies and their families the opportunity to view the types of dresses available at the Unique Boutique on April 29. Nearly 40 young women in grades 8-12 from 10 different area high schools will shine on the red carpet, as they model some of dresses and gowns that will be available. DJ Cadillac will provide music and there will be refreshments.

The Unique Boutique, which will feature prom gowns, formal dresses, shoes, and accessories for $10 and under, is set for 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, at Genetti Manor, 1505 North Main Ave., Dickson City.
