WILKES-BARRE — The body of a 40-year-old man was found early Wednesday morning outside Lincoln Plaza Apartments on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, Luzerne County Coroner Bill Lisman confirmed this afternoon.

Lisman said an investigation into the man’s death returned no suspicions of foul play.

The Luzerne County Coroner’s office indicated that a complete report of the death was not yet available, and further details could not be provided.
