PLAINS TWP. — Police responded to a report of a domestic altercation between Robert Mosely and Suzanne Vidmosko, both of Wilkes-Barre, at Eddie’s Diner, East Main Street, at about 12:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Police said both would be cited for harassment.
In a separate incident, Vidmosko arrived at police headquarters at about 1:15 p.m. that same day and reported that Mosley had side-swiped her car and fled.
Police said they determined Vidmosko had struck another parked car in the lot of Eddie’s Diner and fled.
She was arrested and charged with false reports to law enforcement and lodged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
