KINGSTON — A man accused last week of paying a boy for oral sex and nude photos is now facing additional charges, including counts of child pornography and corruption of minors.
Alexander Walski, 61, of Division Street, Wilkes-Barre, was previously arraigned June 5 on a host of child-sex charges after police began investigating him for providing a .22-caliber handgun to a 16-year-old boy, court records show.
According to a criminal complaint on the recent charges, that victim was interviewed at the Luzerne County Advocacy Center in Wilkes-Barre on June 6.
During the interview, the 16-year-old told investigators he met Walski when selling marijuana to him approximately two years ago.
The teen told investigators Walski gave him a .22-caliber pistol when he asked for it, and he used to sell cocaine with Walski. During their time together, the boy reportedly heard Walski speaking inappropriately to a second juvenile male. The boy also told investigators Walski had sexual relations with at least four other young boys.
The 16-year-old reported one such instance occurred when he, Walski, and another male juvenile were in the same vehicle. The other juvenile reportedly gave Walski marijuana, and Walski then asked the boy to pull his pants down.
The 16-year-old also said Walski would sell drugs, keeping Percocet painkiller pills, cocaine, and tattoo equipment in a storage shed.
Walski was arraigned on his new charges before District Judge Donald Whittaker. Whittaker set bail at $500,000 cash, and scheduled a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. June 21 before District Judge Diana Malast.
