The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders launched four homers and stole six bases in a 8-5 win over the Buffalo Bisons on Saturday.

The RailRiders took a 5-0 lead after the first inning, sending all nine hitters up to bat. Jorbit Vivas and Ben Rice both hit solo homers to give the RailRiders an early 2-0 edge.

After loading the bases, Oscar Gonzalez drove in three more runs with a bases-clearing double to make it 5-0.

The Bisons would respond with a three-run bottom half of the first off RailRiders starter Edgar Barclay. Barclay finished his day allowing five runs (only two of which were earned) across four innings of work.

Oswald Peraza launched a two-run homer in the top half of the fourth to give Barclay some breathing room, and would launch a solo shot in the ninth inning to bring the score to 8-5.

The RailRiders bullpen was excellent in relief of Barclay, contributing four scoreless innings to keep Buffalo at bay in the later stages of the game.

Nick Burdi and Anthony Misiewicz each threw a clean inning in relief, and Scott Effross would earn the win for the RailRiders with two scoreless innings. Yerry de los Santos closed the door with a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save.

Jahmai Jones stole two bases to lead a lineup that stole six bags altogether. Vivas, Rice, Gonzalez and Carlos Narvaez swiped one base apiece.

The RailRiders will play their final game of the season on Sunday when they wrap up the six-game series with the Bisons.

Southpaw Josh Josh Maciejewski will draw the start for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to close out the regular season. First pitch is set for 1:05 p.m. at Sahlen Field in Buffalo.
