Justus Sheffield, who was traded to the New York Yankees organization in July 2016, is in his first season with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. After starting the season with Double-A Trenton, the 22-year-old starting pitcher was called up May 4 and has made 10 starts heading into Saturday’s game in Columbus, recording a 3-3 record and 2.53 ERA. Sheffield represented the Yankees in the Futures Game on July 15. He pitched 1.1 innings and gave up two runs on two hits and struck out a batter.

Here’s five things you might not know about the RailRiders southpaw:

1. My favorite food is sushi.

2. I like to water ski.

3. I’m a sneaker head and love fashion.

4. I do everything right-handed besides bat and pitch.

5. I have a pet ball python named Nagini.
