WILKES-BARRE — Justus Sheffield and Josh Rogers are back. But this time, they return to Riding The Rails as foes, not teammates.

Since the last time they were on, Rogers has been traded from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders to the Norfolk Tides.

Sheffield and Rogers discuss what it’s like to be roommates again with the Tides in town (0:58), the aftermath of the trade involving Josh to the Baltimore Orioles organization (2:04), why they were the RailRiders’ dynamic duo (5:39), how the RailRiders and Tides are locked in a tight playoff race (12:05), how the next time they face each other could be in the big leagues and their possible trajectory the rest of the season (13:27), the best Josh Rogers-Justus Sheffield stories (15:46) and much, much more.

This podcast was recorded during the RailRiders’ last homestand on Aug. 17.
