Tyler Klienbach posted a match-high 13 kills and added two blocks and eight digs as Wyoming Valley West beat Tunkhannock 3-0 on Wednesday in WVC boys volleyball play.
Set scores were 25-21, 25-15, 25-21 as Adam McCue (eight service points, two aces, five kills), Brandon Pieszala (12 service points, three digs) and Kevin Fegal (26 assists) chipped in.
Evan Turner (11 kills, four blocks, 16 digs), Avery Billings (nine kills, six digs, two blocks) and Max Hardy (10 assists, three digs, two kills) topped the Tigers.

Alessia Mangan and Tiffany Eustice each had two hits and two RBI as Hanover Area won in six innings in a game played Wednesday.
Karly Bennett added a triple and an RBI. Sarah Tuzinski fanned nine in picking up the win.
Kayley Nilon was 2 for 3 with an RBI for Meyers. Alexis Bruno had a triple and two RBI.
