The General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) Luzerne County recently presented a $50 check for the VALOR Clinic to the Home Expo Committee. Members of GFWC will be assisting the Building Industry Association of NEPA at its annual Home Expo on Friday-Sunday, March 6-8, at the Mohegan Sun Hotel and Convention Center. Members will be collecting the admission fee, tracking the attendance at the show entrance and selling basket raffle tickets at their booth, 401. The booth will have membership information available and a basket raffle to support local libraries. GFWC members have also been encouraged to support VALOR Clinic Foundation, the designated charity of this year’s Home Expo.
