KINGSTON — Snow may have hit some areas of the region Wednesday evening, but a sure sign that spring is nearby will arrive Thursday.

Dairy Queen on Wyoming Avenue will open Thursday. The popular ice cream shop had a sign posted Wednesday that read, “Will open 3-5-15 at 11 a.m.”
