EXETER: The Cosmopolitan Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, in St. Anthony’s Center. Hosts and hostesses are Joe Kleback, George Mislan, Terri Mislan, Fran Lepo and Kathy Loucks. Dues will be collected.
At the previous meeting the 50-50 winners were Frank Balcavage, Toni Hall, Kathy Loucks, Terri Mislan and Frances Paluski. Aggie Abromavage won the special game and Walter Bednar and Frank Balcavage shared the jackpot prize.
A trip is planned for Thursday, March 12, to Sands Casino in Bethlehem. Pick ups are in Exeter and Pittston.

FALLS: Falls Active Adult Center, State Route 92, Exeter Township, will hold a St. Patrick’s Day party at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17. A special lunch will be served at noon followed by an Irish sing along with the Jolly Seniors.
A Spa Day experience will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 20. Event includes neck and shoulder massages and manicures. Students of the Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center will be performing the sessions under the supervision of Mrs. Warner, the massage therapy instructor. Pattie Gregorio will also be instructing a group on mini facials and foot soaks.
JENKINS TWP.: The Jenkins Township Senior Citizens will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at the Township Hose Company Building. Hostesses are Bernice Podrasky and Jean Conlon.

MOUNTAIN TOP: The Mountain Top Social Club will hold meetings, with doors opening at 3:15 p.m., on Tuesdays, March 10 and March 24, in the Father Nolan Hall day room at St. Jude School. Pizza will be served at the meeting on Tuesday, March 24. Those who did not sign up at the last meeting should call Grace Zarkesh at 570-578-3131.
Two trips are scheduled for March. On Wednesday, March 18, the club will be heading to Ehrheart in Hawley for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner and show. On Thursday, March 26, the club will be off to Mount Airy Casino. Buses will depart at 8:15 a.m. from St. Jude’s parking lot for both trips. For more information call Otto Eime at 570-407-0056.
NANTICOKE: The Rose Tucker Active Adult Center, 128 W. Washington St., is hosting a free St. Patrick’s Day party 12:30-2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17. There will be refreshments and entertainment by B.J. and the Oldies. The new assistant director will also be introduced.

SWOYERSVILLE: The Swoyersville Senior Citizens will meet at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church social hall. Members will be hosting a St. Patrick’s social hour.
At the previous meeting, the 50-50 fundraiser winners were Joseph Cheskiewicz and Eleanor Cheskiewicz.
WILKES-BARRE: The St. Robert Bellarmine Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, in the school cafeteria. Dues are $5 for the year and are currently being collected.
Winners of the drawings at the last meeting were Romaine Brown for springer and Romaine Butka and Jean Mihalick for the 50-50.
Plans are being made for the Mother’s/Father’s Day dinner. Due to popular vote it will be catered and Lorraine Loftus is heading the catering committee.
