WYOMING —The Wyoming Free Library will have a fill-a-bag book sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 11. The cost per bag is $5 and the library is accepting adult fiction hardcovers, adult fiction paperbacks and children’s books.

The library is having a parent/child book discussion from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 18. The book selected for the discussion is, “The Phantom Toolbooth” by Norton Juster. Parents can all the library to register for the discussion.

The library has monthly themed tea parties including tea and a snack which will be served followed by a short workshop and an interactive display in which the children can participate. Children can dress up and bring a doll or stuffed animal to match each theme. Ages three and up may attend. There is no cost for the program and an adult must stay with the child. Contact the library for any information and to sign up. Children must be signed up one week prior to the programs. The next program will be held on Saturday, April 18 with the theme of “Nature Day.”

The LEGO Club will meet from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 25. This program is free and suitable for children of all ages. Registration is required by calling the library at 570-693-1364 to reserve spots.

The library is hosting a children’s art exhibition from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 26. The exhibition is open to artists in grades kindergarten through 12th grade. More information can be found on the library webpage or Facebook page.

The Adult Book Club meets at the library at noon on the second Wednesday of each month. Feel free to bring lunch and suggestions for upcoming books.
