How can the Pennsylvania Game Commission keep ignoring the sportsmen in regard to the doe licence allotment?
There is not a hunter who hunts on public land who is satisfied with the amount of deer they see during the season. Nobody expects it to be like the Seventies, with deer everywhere, but the numbers now are way below what it takes for a person to realistically enjoy doe hunting. When you see a doe, it is like you are shooting the “last” one!
I still think money is behind every decision that the Game Commission and state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources make.
You think doe numbers are down? Try hunting spring turkey in traditional areas; it’s easier to see Sasquatch than a big tom.
