A smooth ride into work and school should be first thing on the agenda for morning commuters this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 this morning, but some light congestion is reported on Interstate 476 in the Moosic area.
Scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Route 315, as well as on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard. The North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of traffic, but some congestion could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Minor and some heavier traffic is reported on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard, as well as on South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
Downtown is generally quiet otherwise, but some minor and heavy traffic is reported on North River Street in the area of the Luzerne County Courthouse.
Kingston is virtually free of any traffic issue this morning.
