WYOMING — The Brownie Troop 30194 and Junior Troop 30245, Wyoming, recently participated in the Girl Scout Sunday services at the Wyoming United Methodist Church.
The Scouts greeted church members and passed out bulletins, recited the Girl Scout Promise, Law, a Girl Scout Prayer and read scripture. The group also collected the offering. Following the service, the Scouts hosted a reception in the church hall. The Scouts presented all women in attendance with a flower.
During fellowship, church members Bettye Miller shared photos taken in 1947 of herself and the late Carol Shemo wearing their uniforms.
