Winning team was Dops Equis XX Matt Boffa, Derek Antonnini , Kevin Matlon and Jordan Pinter

Misericordia University recently held its annual Ultimate Campus Chef Competition in the John and Mary Metz Dining Hall. The winner was The Dos Equis XX Team. For its appetizer, the winning team prepared coconut shrimp with a spicy-citrus mayo dipping sauce. The entrée featured pan-seared salmon burgers with tomato and arugula with a spicy-citrus mayo spread and a side of baked carrot fries. For dessert, the students made presented strawberries and pineapple drizzled with a chocolate sauce and topped with a house-made whipped cream and dusted with nuts.
