Tanya Kassner and John Anthony Rowlands were united in the sacrament of marriage in Brick United Methodist Church, Duryea, by Pastor Sharon Deitz.
The bride is the daughter of Reinhard and Hannelore Kassner, of Delligsen, Germany. She is the granddaughter of Erica Forst, Germany.
The groom is the son of John and Monica Rowlands, Duryea. He is the grandson of John and Janet Rowlands, Duryea; Anthony Gorazcka, W. Wyoming; and the late Mary Gorazcka.
The groom chose his brother Justin Rowlands as best man. Daughter of the couple, Sofia Rowlands, was flower girl and son of the couple, John Lucas Rowlands, was ring bearer.
An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at Luccas, Taylor.
A second ceremony was held in Delligsen, Germany, at Marienburg Castle.
The bride chose her girlfriend, Hannah Balbach, as her attendant.

The couple resides in Duryea.
