Abington Heights Aquatics Department will conduct learn-to-swim classes for those 4 years of age and older beginning Monday. Fees for the classes range from $45 to $75. Two spring sessions with summer programs are planned as well. This summer, an aqua-tots class for children age 3 will be offered. A four-week spring competitive clinic for swimmers age 8 and older with swim team experience is available for a fee of $125.
Adult lap swim will continue Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 10:00 p.m. The fee is $2 per visit.
Family Swim night will be held on Fridays, beginning this week and continuing through May. Sessions are held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Cost is $2 per person, or a family pass may be purchased for $25.
All children not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper.
