Rosemarie S. Rogo, RN, 73, of Scranton, formerly of Old Forge, died Friday morning, December 7, 2007, at Moses Taylor Hospital. She was the widow of Robert L. Rogo, who died on March 27, 1986.
Born in Taylor, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Jennie Szymanski Gurz. She was a 1952 graduate of Old Forge High School and also a graduate of the Scranton State Hospital School of Nursing.
She is survived by daughter, Melissa Ambrose, of South Gibson; son, Tom Rogo, of Scranton; a granddaughter; a great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10 from the Victor M. Ferri Funeral Home, 522 Fallon St., Old Forge, with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Taylor Avenue., Scranton. Interment will be held at a later date in Old Forge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m.
